The Harpers Mill Manta Rays are a competitive summer swim team designed to teach quality swim techniques, encourage sportsmanship, and inspire a love for the sport in our community. Our team is a non-profit, parent-run organization, and it takes all of us working together to be successful in the water and behind the scenes. We look forward to welcoming new and returning swimmers!
