Swim team practices start this Monday, May 20.

May 20, 22, 23, 27-30
White Group: 5:00-5:30 p.m.
Black Group: 5:30-6:15 p.m.
Green Group: 6:15-7:00 p.m.
Gold Group: 7:00-8:00 p.m. 

**Please note that we will start practices an hour later on Tuesday, May 21.** 

May 21
White Group: 6:30 p.m. (dryland workout)
Black Group: 6:30 p.m. (dryland workout)
Green Group: 6:45-7:30 p.m.
Gold Group: 7:30-8:30 p.m. 

If you don't know which practice group your swimmer is in, log into Swimtopia and click on the green "Welcome" tab at the top right and choose "My Account." Choose your swimmer's name, and under "Affiliations," it will list a color next to 2024. That color is your swimmer's practice group, but keep in mind the coaches may move swimmers to different groups as the season progresses. 

On another note, the HMST committee is looking for a volunteer to serve as our computer operator for the 2025 season. No experience is necessary; you will be able to train with and shadow the current computer operator during our home meets this season. If you are interested, please contact [email protected].
